Location and staff was good.

The toiletries were not clean and were stained. The bedsheets etc.. were also dirty.

Room size and cleanliness was good

The main door lock was in a bad state. Housekeeping service was bad. The food is not good. They need to improve upon it.Breakfast had just 2 or 3 options.

The hotels location is very good, near the city center and train station, yet in a calm area. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful, allowed early check-in and provided same-day laundry service. On our last day, we were also given breakfast to go.

One of the rooms was quite humid which made the air uncomfortable. The breakfast was fresh but offered limited variety.

Staff were friendly. And the location is quite central. Property was clean and neat. Breakfast was good.

May need mild renovation for maintaining the standards.

Location was in a very crowded area. The pictures as shown in app does not match the reality. The rooms were very old and did not give a clean look.

The taxi service provided by the management, they changed very high prices. We discussed a day trip with city 3500 but the driver and the owner changed almost 4500 and that while negotiating the owner said if you delay more you will be charged more while paying. The behaviour was very rude.

We booked a room named ROYAL DELUXE. On arrival on 29th at 2300 hrs. No drinking water, defective TV n set top box, electric kettle missing, no refrigerator as shown in the pictures. The check in time was 1200 hrs. All this was not done in 11 hours. Unprofessional attitude.Next day when asked to recoup the tea essentials, it was refused by the gentleman on reception duty. The WIFI expired next day and the set top box subscription also expired.

The hotel is a 70 year old villa turned hotel 20 years ago. The rooms and very nice and clean but you will find old furniture with bit of wear and tear but if that’s something which doesn’t bother you much then it’s not a bad property at all. They staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel is neat and clean with big spacious rooms. The hotel building tells a lot about the hotel and if you interested you ask more about it at the reception. When it comes to food then not all the items are great they are decent at best but the food was served very nicely and it also seems to made of good quality ingredients. The location is nice not too far away from market (Bapu bazar - 20 mins) and other heritage sites. The part where I did like hotels was there car service where i kinda felt ripped off and not worth so i would not recommend using there car service to explore heritage sites and cities in general. We paid around 2.2k (paid 200 extra for nahargarh fort) and in that money they provided us with a very old car in which the AC was bad the sound system was worst and in general the car didn’t felt very safe to travel in (old swift). Apart from that the driver told us that he is allowed to turn on the AC when we ain’t moving so he had to sit the heat while we visited the sites so I felt bad for him and also for us because the car was crazily hot whenever we use to comeback. Another issues was the trip lwky ends when you hawa mahal because then the driver takes the car and parks it in the central parking of the compound when all 3 ( hawa mahal, jantar mantar and city place) is located because of that u have to take auto when you go from hawa mahal to jantar mantar. Atlast the driver told us that he only is allowed to be with us till 5 if we use it even a bit more then we have to 200 for every hour which is where it felt like a rip off.

The location was a bit far from the city centre but it was okay. Also not much in terms of restaurants nearby.

Good location. But the room was very dirty and extremely smelly bathroom. The breakfast had no choices.

Amazing hotel. We have been in zindia for 7 weeks, and this is one of our favorite hotels. Well located, clean and incredibly helpful staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Perfect place to stay in Jaipur, Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, hotel is neat and clean, rooms, bathrooms everything is clean. They have one rooftop restaurant that is a perfect place to eat and spend time in night, alao Jaipur railway station is within one km and sindhu camp bus stand is within 2-3 kms, all the sightseeing places are nearby overall its a perfect place to stay?

The restaurant facilities offer great options at a good price. The rooms are very clean and tidy every single morning.

I read the negative reviews on booking.com and was a little apprehensive to book the hotel, but it fit my budget perfectly so I went ahead, and I am so glad that I booked the same; the hotel is exemplary. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were neat and clean and the location is excellent. The hotel is just 2 kms from Jaipur station and near to Bapu Bazar as well. The staff was polite and helpful, and being female travelers, we felt safe at the property
